How to prepare a clear, useful listing

Gather these details so review is quicker and prospective tenants understand exactly what you offer.

    Prepare bright photographs

    Include landscape photos of the room and shared areas. Choose a main photo that represents the space well and order the images as a logical tour of the home.

    Provide the full location

    We ask for the country, city and address to validate the property. The public page shows the street, neighbourhood, area and an approximate map, but never the street number, flat number or your contact details.

    Set a realistic rent

    Compare rooms with similar features in the same area. State the monthly rent, deposit and any costs the prospective tenant should know about.

    Describe the room and household

    Explain the furniture, size, shared spaces, house rules, minimum stay and nearby services. Specific details prevent unnecessary enquiries.
