The service costs an additional €600 per month. If you add it, the monthly rent and security deposit will each be €2,800.
If I add the weekly cleaning service, how many hours are included?
The service includes three hours of cleaning each week. During this time, the shared areas and any tenants’ rooms for which permission has been given are cleaned, and bed linen and towels are changed. The flat’s two washing machines are used for washing, and the clotheslines in the patio are used for drying. Folding bed linen and towels is not included. If a tenant does not want their room cleaned, the service is devoted to the other authorised rooms and the shared areas.
What maintenance work is included?
The service includes repairs to equipment or furniture that stops working through normal use, as well as small improvements such as replacing light bulbs, touching up paint or carrying out minor updates. Repairs required as a result of misuse are not included.
